Sunshine on my shoulder makes me happy?
Slowly, slowly, but surely the changes continue and continue to show benefits.
I should have done this years ago, but for whatever reason I didn't. Mostly, I felt that I couldn't. Couldn't change, couldn't improve, couldn't do anything. Just couldn't. That was my mindset for the majority of my adult life and I finally feel that I don't have to live that way anymore. I feel hopeful. I feel good. I feel at all! And that's the greatest feeling of all.
