The Movie of Your Life
You know that look that someone gets in their eye when you're about to kiss them for the first time? That mixture of excitement and desire and maybe just the tiniest bit of apprehension. I've seen it a thousand times. No, ten times that, at least. On TV. And a movie screen. Never in real life and definitely not directed at me.
I know by now that life's not like a movie, but I still wish sometimes it was.
