Recently I received some great news from a couple of friends and I know I should be happy for them, but I just can't seem to let myself be. It's not that there aren't very real reasons for concern in both cases, but I truly believe that what irks me most is that they are moving on, progressing, and I'm still stuck here doing nothing. And that, to me, is the saddest thing to admit.
