I can see it. It's right over there. At times I think I can simply reach out and grab it. Everyone else seems to be able to. It's the slow, painful, inevitable realization that I cannot that I will no longer tolerate. So, in short: no more striving. I hereby consign myself to a life of perpetual solitude. And I'm all right with that. Truly.
